We're looking for an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to provide strategic leadership for EHS programs across Specs Operations. This role will establish and drive a unified EHS strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen risk management programs, and foster a world class safety culture across manufacturing, R&D, engineering, and operational environments.
This position serves as the EHS leader for Specs Operations, with responsibility for EHS strategy, governance, and program execution across the Abingdon, UK, Chandler, Arizona, and other Specs locations as business needs evolve.
The role may be based in either London or Abingdon, UK. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a strong operational presence within the business through regular and significant time spent in Abingdon, partnering closely with site leadership, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and workplace teams. The role also requires occasional international travel to Chandler, Arizona and other Specs locations to support operational initiatives, audits, expansion projects, leadership engagement, and program implementation activities.
