We're looking for a Project Manager to join Ground Control's growing EV Infrastructure team, supporting the delivery of on-street electric vehicle charging projects across Surrey and West Sussex.
This role is about much more than managing programmes. You'll work closely with local authorities, operational teams, contractors and delivery partners to coordinate projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they're delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Whether your background is in utilities, highways, civils, infrastructure or EV, you'll bring strong project management skills, enjoy solving problems and be confident managing multiple workstreams at once. If you're looking to develop your career within one of the UK's fastest-growing infrastructure sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
Deliver projects that make a difference - Help shape the UK's EV charging network by managing the successful delivery of on-street infrastructure projects that support the transition to cleaner transport.
Build strong relationships - Work closely with local authorities, contractors, operational teams and utility partners, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Own your projects - Take responsibility for coordinating multiple live projects, balancing programme, quality and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful delivery.
Develop your expertise - Whether you're already working in EV infrastructure or bringing experience from utilities, highways or civils, you'll have the opportunity to build your knowledge within a rapidly growing sector.
Work in a collaborative environment - Join a supportive team where you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload whilst working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about delivering great projects.
