Customer Contract Manager - Offshore Wind

The Customer Contract Manager - Offshore wind will have a focus on Warranty and Commercial topics and is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of warranty, claims, and related matters across GE Vernova's Offshore Wind supply and operations projects. This role protects GE Vernova's contractual entitlements, reduces commercial exposure across Service Warranty Agreements (SWAs) and Turbine Supply Agreements (TSA), and supports Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) development. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to strengthen GE Vernova's risk position, preserve margin, and support long term customer relationships.

• Lead the commercial management of warranty and claims activities across Offshore Wind supply and operations contracts.
• Manage customer expectations related to warranty scope, entitlement, exclusions, remedies, and settlement outcomes.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies for claims mitigation, refutation, negotiation, and resolution.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to support root cause analysis, liability assessment, and commercial positioning.
• Ensure PBA impacts are reduced, aligning with customers and contractual commitments and operational delivery expectations, while managing discrepancies, clarifications, and resolution pathways in collaboration with Operations and Engineering teams.
• Escalate and resolve complex warranty issues with customers, insurers, and suppliers.
• Review active SWA and TSA contracts to identify warranty related risks, liabilities, and commercial exposure.
• Support contract renegotiation and transition activities that improve risk allocation and margin predictability.
• Provide leadership across contract management teams as developed and take on team or leadership responsibilities as demand arises.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of warranty frameworks across SWA, TSA, and LTSA contract structures.
• Develop negotiation strategies in partnership with Site Operations and Sales leadership.
• Identify change order, claims recovery, and contractual optimization opportunities.
• Capture lessons learned and embed them into contract templates, risk tools, and inquiry to order (ITO) processes.
• Ensure claims, notices, and contractual correspondence are managed within required systems and governance processes.
• Lead SWA and TSA negotiation topics as required by the business during project development lifecycles.
• Create globally aligned processes for Contract Management standard work within Offshore Wind and support the upskilling of counterparts.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• Wealth of experience in commercial management, contract management, claims, or risk management within power, energy, or offshore wind.
• Strong experience with warranty administration, contract execution, and claims management, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of supply agreements, warranty terms, contractual remedies, and risk allocation principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across a global matrix organization.
• Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

This role is well suited to a commercially astute contract professional with strong warranty and claims experience in complex project environments. Experience in offshore wind, large scale infrastructure, or long term operations agreements will be highly advantageous.
