    A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support the delivery of repairs, maintenance, compliance, and planned works contracts across West London.



    The Role

    You will be responsible for promoting a positive health, safety, and environmental culture across operational teams, ensuring compliance with legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Conducting site audits and inspections across social housing properties
    • Providing HSE advice and support to operational teams and management
    • Leading accident, incident, and near-miss investigations
    • Producing reports and implementing corrective actions
    • Supporting compliance with ISO management systems
    • Delivering training, coaching, and guidance to employees
    • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental best practice is maintained across contracts


    Requirements

    • Previous experience within Social Housing, Repairs & Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Construction
    • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
    • NEBOSH Diploma or working towards (desirable)
    • Experience managing HSE across multiple sites
    • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
    • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
    • Full UK Driving Licence
