The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is seeking an experienced DM Planning Officer for a Local Authority in Essex. The role involves assessing planning applications specifically related to Green Belt land across the district.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and strong knowledge of relevant planning issues, have excellent analytical skills, and be able to articulate complex information in a clear manner. A car insured for business purposes is required.
The initial contract is for 3 months with the potential for extension and a competitive rate of £40/hr (umbrella).
