We're looking for a motivated graduate to join us as a Graduate Trainee in Carbon Reduction, Energy and Asset Management on a 12-month full-time, fixed-term contract.In this role, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues to support our energy, carbon and asset management work-building practical skills in data, compliance and project delivery. You'll be supported to learn the systems and tools you need, and you'll help turn information into action that improves our buildings and services. Prior knowledge and experience of using AutoCAD is desirable.What you'll be doingSupport the delivery of energy and carbon reduction projects, working with colleagues and suppliersCarry out measured building surveys and update plans using AutoCAD to support complianceHelp maintain building safety registers, including asbestos and legionella, and keep property data up to dateInput, update and quality-check data in the Infoshare Asset Management system and SystemsLink Energy Manager softwareWho we're looking forYou're curious, organised and keen to make a difference.
