As a Green Space Maintenance Worker in Utrecht, you will help keep the city's public spaces green and tidy. Your main tasks include weed control, pruning plants, trimming hedges (mechanically), operating a chainsaw, and handling various general maintenance duties in public areas. Each day, you cycle to your meeting point in Utrecht, join your colleagues in a company vehicle, and head to different sites around the city together. The team is friendly and values clear communication, so you should be able to express yourself in English or Dutch. You don't need a driving license, but willingness to cycle is important. For this role, a VCA certificate and road safety knowledge are required, as is at least 1-2 years of proven green sector experience on your CV. After an interview, your skills and experience will determine your final salary group. This job is perfect if you like working outdoors, enjoy physical tasks, and want to contribute to a cleaner and greener Utrecht. You need at least B1 English or Dutch - you can communicate well at work and understand instructions.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in green maintenance (gardening, landscaping or similar)
• Able to use garden tools: pruners, mechanical hedge trimmers, chainsaw
• VCA certificate and road safety training (or willing to obtain)
• Can communicate in English or Dutch at B1 level (speaking and understanding)
• Willing to cycle to the meeting point in Utrecht (no driving license required)

A gross hourly wage of €17-€17.22; paid weekly Free transportation to work by car or traditional bicycle.
