GreenGenUK is one of the South West's leading renewable energy installers, specialising in Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps.
Established in 2011 and now part of the Hometree Group, we employ over 50 people across Cornwall and Devon and continue to grow year after year.
Due to increasing demand, we are looking for an experienced roofer or solar installer to join our expanding Solar PV team.
Whether you're already installing solar systems or have a strong roofing background and want to move into one of the UK's fastest-growing industries, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll initially work alongside our experienced solar installation teams, learning our installation methods, standards and systems.
As your experience grows, you'll progress into a Lead Installer role, taking responsibility for organising and delivering your own projects with support from the wider GreenGenUK team.
Our work is varied, and no two weeks are ever the same.
You could be working on:
Our customers range from homeowners living in 500-year-old cottages and barn conversions through to modern passive houses, farms, factories, schools, NHS facilities and commercial premises.
We focus on quality installations for end users who have chosen to invest in renewable technology, allowing our teams to take real pride in the finished product.
Don't worry if you haven't installed solar before. If you have a solid roofing background, we'll provide the training and support needed to develop your renewable energy skills.
