As we expand our footprint in the UK, we are in search of a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior New Business Sales Manager. This position focuses on fostering new business relationships and establishing Eco-Counter as the preferred partner for mobility data solutions nationwide.

1. Collaborate with the General Manager to design and execute new business strategies in the Active Travel and Transport markets.
2. Initiate contacts, conduct presentations, and convert potential partnerships into lasting client relationships.
3. Focus on matching client needs with the appropriate Eco-Counter solutions, fostering long-term recurring revenue.
4. Engage with decision-makers including cities, counties, national parks, and public organizations to build trust.
5. Participate in industry events and trade shows to broaden market knowledge and monitor competitor actions, strengthening Eco-Counter's sector presence.

1. Passion for initiating sales, building new relationships, and closing impactful deals.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in public sector roles, with a successful history in new business development.
3. Knowledge in Active Travel, Transport, or Road Safety is advantageous.
4. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and confidently.
5. Experience engaging with senior public-sector stakeholders.
6. Comfortable working independently and staying connected with the team, with a willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
