Senior Environmental Health & Safety Compliance Engineer - Permanent Position

Reporting to the Senior EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the compliant execution of all technical operations related to health, safety, and sustainability systems across the European Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility in Hatfield. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee technical activities within pharmaceutical manufacturing, research, and commercial areas. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring that Eisai's technical operations and systems meet all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, company procedures, and operational maintenance protocols. The role also supports the continuous improvement of compliance documentation for both Eisai and its specialist suppliers/sub-contractors, ensuring ongoing alignment with statutory, contractual, and internal standards.
