Role:
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of SHE managing all environmental aspects that will affect the Business. You will be part of a network of environmental professionals providing specialist environmental and sustainability advice to support pre-construction and construction teams with the development of large, world-class multi-utility and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities & Duties:
You will ensure that environmental risks are identified early, and solutions integrated seamlessly into the project design and its construction. We also want to ensure that our customers benefit fully by deploying long-term sustainable solutions, considering development lifecycle, occupancy, and climate resilience within our award-winning projects. You'll require demonstrable experience working as an Environmental Manager or similar role and a degree within an Environmental discipline is preferred. You must be an IEMA Practitioner or hold a relevant level of membership from a professional body. You'll also have previous experience of developing documents and procedures that are consistent with ISO 14001 and have a good working knowledge of environmental management systems.
