Site Supervisor - Solar Revamping Project
Location: West Wales

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a large-scale Solar Revamping Project in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams of Electricians and Labourers carrying out the replacement of Solar PV Modules across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily management and supervision of site teams
Coordinating works to ensure project deadlines are met safely and efficiently
Monitoring site activities and maintaining high health & safety standards
Producing daily reports and project updates
Liaising directly with the client and providing regular progress updates
Ensuring quality of work and compliance with project specifications
Requirements:
Previous experience within the Solar industry or on large Civils & Construction projects
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and site activities effectively
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
Relevant ECS/CSCS certification desirable
