    Location: Kidderminster
    Salary: £52,149 per annum + overtime (earnings up to £60,000+)
    Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Days & Nights (6am 6pm / 6pm 6am)

    The Role:
    • Carry out mechanical maintenance on heavy plant and production equipment
    • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns
    • Diagnose faults across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
    • Perform bearing fitting and alignment
    • Maintain high safety and quality standards in a safety critical environment
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and downtime reduction
    • Work collaboratively within a shift based engineering team

    This is a varied, hands on position where you ll utilise and develop skills in: Fitting, fabrication, welding, and plant servicing.

    About You:
    • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
    • Experience in heavy industry or manufacturing environments
    • Strong fault finding skills across hydraulics, pneumatics & drive systems
    • Experience with bearing fitting & alignment
    • Arc & MIG welding and basic fabrication skills
    • Knowledge of cutting and grinding safety regulations
