    Key Responsibilities
    • Install and mount solar photovoltaic panels on rooftops and ground mounted systems, ensuring optimal positioning for maximum energy efficiency.
    • Perform electrical wiring, inverter configuration and integration of battery storage systems in compliance with UK safety standards.
    • Conduct system design using CAD software, PV Syst and HelioScope to create tailored solar solutions for diverse client needs.
    • Execute performance testing and troubleshooting to verify system functionality, efficiency and safety post installation.
    • Collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service, explaining system operations and maintenance to clients.
    • Adhere to electrical safety protocols, including Working at Heights and MCS guidelines, while solving on site challenges efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including compliance records and performance reports.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Solar Energy Technology or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of proven experience in solar panel installation and photovoltaic systems.
    • MCS Certified Installer qualification and Electrician's qualifications (e.g., Part P).
    • IPAF and Working at Height certifications.
    • Strong proficiency in key skills including solar installation, electrical wiring, panel mounting, system design, performance testing, inverter configuration, battery storage, CAD software (PV Syst, HelioScope), electrical safety, problem solving, team collaboration and customer service.
    • Fluency in English.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Additional experience with advanced solar technologies or large scale commercial installations.
    • Familiarity with emerging renewable energy integrations, such as smart grid systems.
    • Strong portfolio of completed solar projects demonstrating high performance outcomes.
