About the Role

• Position: Male Care Support Worker
• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts: 3 x 14 Hours long shifts per week (07:30 - 21:30), with overtime opportunities
• Location: Bartley Green
• Essential: Experience in care (due to complex support needs)
• Desirable: Driver - manual (not essential)

To better support the needs of the people we care for, we particularly welcome applications from Urdu speaking male candidates who can also communicate in English, helping us connect with and support our diverse local community.

You'll be supporting adults aged 18-40 with complex needs in a lively, active home where no two days are the same.
