    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated, ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join a successful and growing estate agency team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in property, with strong earning potential and clear progression opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage property sales and guide clients through the buying and selling process
    • Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
    • Arrange and carry out property viewings to achieve the best possible outcome
    • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and industry professionals (e.g. solicitors and mortgage advisors)
    • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential leads
    • Support the Branch Manager in driving team performance and success
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in estate agency or a sales-based role
    • Strong track record of converting valuations into instructions/sales
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
    • Target driven and self motivated with a positive attitude
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, results focused environment
    • A team player with leadership potential
    • Full UK driving licence
    Salary & Benefits
    • Basic salary of £25,000
    • Uncapped commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000+)
