The role would suit an experienced planning solicitor with 4+ years PQE.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a planning lawyer looking to:
You will work closely with the Head of the UK Planning and Public Law team, advising on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
You will work on a broad range of high profile and interesting planning matters and advisory work to include advising on large scale regeneration, housing and mixed-use development schemes, planning strategy and delivery for major infrastructure and energy-related projects, environmental and impact assessment work, highways and compulsory purchase matters, advising on local plans, viability and community infrastructure levy and supporting on planning appeals, inquiries and judicial review challenges.
You will be involved throughout the lifecycle of projects, working closely with developers, investors, lenders and public sector bodies.
The team is known for its commercial, solution-focused approach and ability to navigate complex planning issues on high-value, strategically important projects.
