    We are sweepco, a Europe leading design, engineering, environment and regulatory consultancy. Our Early Careers Graduate Scheme seeks a Graduate Environmental Consultant to join our Leeds office in November 2026. The role will be based in Leeds with flexible working - a minimum of three days per week in the office and the option to adjust start and finish times.

    What does the role involve?
    • Assist in delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for a range of projects, coordinating tasks such as site visits, land access and consultation.
    • Conduct baseline data collection, facilitate consultations and prepare report writing.
    • Attend and participate in meetings and site visits as part of the EIA delivery process.
    Qualifications
    • Undergraduate degree in Environmental Science, EIA or a related subject.
    • Knowledge or experience with EIAs.
    • A relevant Master's degree is beneficial but not essential.
    Who are we looking for?
    • A relevant degree with less than 12 months of related work experience (excluding placements).
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
    • Driven, proactive and solution oriented.
    • Authorized to work in the UK without restrictions.
