We are seeking an experienced and motivatedLead Electrical Installerto establish and lead our domestic renewable energy installation operations in Ireland. As our first installation employee in Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in building our installation capability and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, starting with EV chargers and Solar PV.

• Carry out domestic installation and commissioning of EV charging points, Solar PV and battery storage across Ireland
• Ensure all installations comply with Irish regulations including Safe Electric standards and SEAI code of practice
• Compile and submit all relevant installation records, certifications, and compliance documentation to the administration team
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, and clearly educate customers on system operation and usage
• Complete works in a timely manner, ensuring a high standard of work at all times
• Establish installation processes, safety protocols, and quality standards for future team growth

• Minimum 2 years experience as a fully qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications (QQI Level 6, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
• Hold a valid Safe Electric Qualified Certifier (QC) registration
• Hold SEAI-approved Solar PV installer certifications (QQI 6N306 & 6N307 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain immediately
• Proven experience installing EV charge points, Solar PV, battery storage, and/or heat pump systems
• Previous experience leading and managing electrical installation teams desirable
• Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certifications
• Full driving license
