    The Role

    The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, connection, and commissioning of solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure across residential and commercial sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    Installation and commissioning of:

    • Solar PV systems (Aiko / Longi panels)
    • Battery storage systems (Tesla, Sig Energy, Sungrow)
    • Inverters (Solis)
    • EV charging points
    • Carrying out DNO connections and ensuring compliance with grid requirements
    • Testing, inspection, and certification of completed installations
    • Fault finding, maintenance, and system optimisation
    • Ensuring all work meets current electrical regulations and company quality standards
    • Working safely and efficiently on-site, maintaining a professional approach with customers
    Requirements
    • Fully qualified Electrician
    • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
    • 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
    • G39 certification
    • Proven experience in solar PV, battery storage, or EV charging (preferred but not essential)
    • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safe working practices
    • Full UK driving license
    • Willingness to travel as part of a growing national operation
