Teaching Assistant - Bersted Green Primary School

We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to start at our happy and caring primary school to support our children. The Teaching Assistant post is for 27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.45am-3.30pm, term time only.

Salary: £12.85 per hour

Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 16th July 2027

Working Pattern: 27.5 hours term time only

Location: Bersted Green Primary School

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting children's learning
• Has ideally worked in a primary school before
• Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills
• Would enjoy developing an area of expertise for intervention
• Has knowledge of the primary curriculum
