Key Requirements

You will have an engineering degree and/or equivalent engineering expertise gained within a building environment.
You will have demonstrable experience in management and delivery of the Capital 50 plan.
Proven financial and budget management skills.
You will possess sound knowledge of delivering sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives to support WMC's sustainability strategy.
Have the ability to proactively collaborate with a wide range of partner internally and externally to WMC.
