About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager / Account Manager to help grow our nationwide customer base for solar-powered CCTV rental systems and off-grid power solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in solution-based sales who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and managing key accounts across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure, events, utilities, rail, and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UK
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote solar CCTV rental solutions and off-grid power systems
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations
• Work closely with operations and technical teams to deliver projects
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience within construction, security, plant hire, renewables, or related industries desirable
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel nationwide
