Trade Recruitment are currently recruiting skilled Solar Roofer's to join our team.

Start date: Immediate start available for the right person

Working hours: 7:30am - 4pm with 30 minutes lunch break, 8 hours paid per day as standard. Overtime and weekend work is available at an overtime rate.

Location: Will be covering Surrey, London and South East areas.

Details: The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems on various types of roofs, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Applicants will need to have a valid CSCS card and full PPE.

A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panel mounting systems on different roofing surfaces using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Climb rooftops and scaffolding safely while installing solar arrays or performing maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards.

Experience

• Prior construction site experience with a focus on roofing or renewable energy installations.
• Experience working with hand tools and power tools in outdoor environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing site conditions.
