We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Solar Installation Team Leader to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties.

As Team Leader, you'll guide a team of PV Installers/Roofers, ensuring daily tasks are clear and carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands on, physically demanding role, where the ideal candidate will have experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You'll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.

While a CSCS card is desirable, we're happy to support you in getting this certification if you don't already have one. All you'll need is a full driver's license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites.
Our base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond; Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we're looking for candidates based in the east midlands. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
