£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus Program + Progression + Pension + Excellent Holidays

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability?

Do you want to play a key role in delivering complex solar PV projects while contributing to the growth of a leading energy company?

This company is a specialist provider of operations, maintenance, and asset optimisation services across utility scale solar farms. With a strong presence across the UK and Europe, they manage over 1.6GW of renewable assets and are continuing to expand their footprint through innovative revamping and repowering projects.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, from pre construction and design through to installation, commissioning, and client handover. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within construction or renewable energy, alongside a solid technical understanding of solar PV systems. You will be proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

• Managing solar PV projects from planning through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Overseeing construction activities and ensuring safety and quality standards
• Managing budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance
• Maintaining clear reporting and stakeholder communication

• Project management experience within construction or renewable energy
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets/contracts
• Organised, proactive, and confident leading projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to sites as required
