Top 5 firm seeking Legal PA - support Partner and Associates in a niche practice area which touches on environmental matters, health & safety law, energy and construction sectors.

• Working in a busy team, you will join a team whose client list includes state bodies, multinational corporations and government bodies.
• Stunning, newly renovated offices in Dublin City Centre / hybrid working, great onsite gym classes and canteen

Your duties will include:

• Full Secretarial support to Partner - diary and inbox management, travel booking, preparation of meeting papers, presentations and pitches.
• Management of the billing process throughout the monthly and quarterly cycle.
• Production of high quality documents according to house formatting style.
