Are you a skilled roofer with solar PV experience looking for your next challenge?

Do you want to join a supportive team delivering high-quality renewables projects across South Wales?

Our growing renewables team is looking for an experienced Roofer to focus on non ECO Solar PV installations. This role covers all roofing aspects, from installation to making roofs fully weather tight, compliant, and finished to a high standard. If health & safety and top quality workmanship matter to you, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll be working on a variety of roof types including pitched, slate, clay, and concrete, installing and making good Solar PV mounting systems, and collaborating closely with electricians and project teams on site. Both individual roofers and established roofing teams are welcome to apply if you can demonstrate solar PV experience.

We're after someone who takes pride in their work, understands roof structures inside out, and thrives in a team environment. A full UK driving licence is essential, and CSCS or PASMA training is a bonus.

• Proven experience as a roofer with demonstrable Solar PV project work
• Knowledge of multiple roof types and weatherproofing techniques
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong understanding of working at height and site health & safety
• Reliable, team oriented, and able to collaborate effectively on site

• Carry out roofing works associated with Solar PV installations
• Install and make good Solar PV mounting systems on pitched, tiled, and flat roofs
• Identify and report roof defects prior to installation
• Work closely with electricians and project teams to ensure smooth installations
• Ensure all works meet manufacturer guidance, company standards, and are fully weatherproof
