The 2026 LEAP will operate under a single unified pathway - Sales & Solution Sales, designed to develop commercially astute, solution-oriented professionals capable of driving revenue growth while delivering customer centric energy solutions.
The program will combine intensive structured classroom learning with hands on rotations across key functions, practical experience, and a strong foundation for leadership growth.
Education: Degree in any discipline
Experience: 0-3 years post-NYSC
Minimum Grade: First Class/Second Class Upper Division
