Are you looking to build your career in environmental remediation and contaminated land? An established international environmental solutions company is looking for a Project Engineer / Field Engineer to support the delivery of remediation projects across the UK and Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience in remediation, field sampling, geo-environmental / geotechnical work, or environmental surveying who enjoys hands on site work and wants to develop technical expertise in contaminated land remediation.

You'll play a key role in delivering remediation projects on site, supporting the implementation of innovative in situ technologies used to treat contaminated groundwater and soil. Working alongside experienced project managers and technical specialists, you'll gain exposure to projects across the UK and Europe.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery of remediation projects on site, including injection based treatment technologies
• Operating remediation equipment and assisting with product preparation and application
• Site supervision and coordination with subcontractors
• Collecting field data and maintaining accurate site records and reports
• Supporting project managers with project planning, costing and technical documentation
• Providing technical support to clients during remediation works
• Contributing to proposal preparation and technical project design

We're looking for someone early in their career who is keen to develop within the contaminated land and remediation sector.

You may have experience in:

• Environmental remediation or contaminated land projects
• Field sampling, monitoring, or environmental site investigations
• Geo-environmental or geotechnical engineering
• Environmental or land surveying

You'll likely have:

• Around 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
• A degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Civil Engineering, or similar
• A willingness to travel for site work across the UK (and occasionally Europe)
• A proactive attitude and interest in developing technical remediation expertise
