What youll be up to:
Fixing, testing, and maintaining solar PV systems
Spotting issues and sorting them out, whether planned or unexpected
Troubleshooting AC and DC faults like a pro
Logging your daily wins in our online system
Keeping sites safe with risk assessments and reporting near misses
Coordinating contractors and making sure everyone works safely
Staying up to speed on health, safety, and fire regs
Being ready for the occasional night away or weekend rota (with extra pay!)
What you bring to the table:
Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations
C&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent)
HV AP qualification
3+ years Solar PV O&M experience (ground mount)
Solid knowledge of AC/DC and HV systems, plus testing gear
Familiar with CCTV and SCADA systems
First Aid & Fire Marshal trained (or keen to learn)
Bonus points for Harness and IOSH quals (we can train!)
