Renewable Recruitment Consultant - CROSSOVER to the buoyant Renewable Energy Sectors - Flexible Working!

Internationally known consultancy for engineering recruitment services across the Renewable Energy sectors globally are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a team covering roles across the Wind, Solar and Hydro renewable energy sectors.

Position is open to Recruiters with a background in Engineering, IT, Finance, Electrical or any sector that can be transferred to the Green market.

The team provides international opportunities across the full lifecycle of Renewable Energy Generation including Development, Engineering, Construction, O&M, and Asset Management.

Supported by market specialists you will be trained on the technical aspects of your new vertical and be provided with guidance on how to conduct business nationally and internationally across Europe, EMEA and the Americas (background in Energy, Construction or Engineering recruitment is desirable).

• Recruit and place Renewable Energy professionals across Wind, Solar and Hydro sectors.
• Engage with candidates and clients to understand requirements and match suitable opportunities.
• Leverage market knowledge to develop opportunities across Europe, EMEA and the Americas.
• Collaborate with market specialists to gain training on technical aspects of the vertical.
• Operate across the full lifecycle of recruitment including development, engineering, construction, O&M and asset management related roles.

• Background in Engineering, IT, Finance, Electrical or any sector transferable to the Green market.
• Experience in Recruitment; background in Energy, Construction or Engineering recruitment is desirable.
• Willingness to work in international markets and across multiple time zones.

• Salary £25,000 to £35,000 (doe) + Exceptional Commission (NO THRESHOLD)
