You'll work on a variety of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems across the UK, supporting system performance, safety, and reliability. This is a field-based role with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

    Package:
Competitive salary from 42,000 + generous bonus structure
Travel expenses, accommodation, and subsistence covered when working away from home
Company vehicle, tools, and specialist equipment provided
    Ongoing training and professional development
Long-term opportunity within a growing renewable energy business

    Essential Requirements:

Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
    Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work at height and outdoors in varying weather conditions
    Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required

    Desirable (Not Essential):
    18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Previous experience in O&M or field-based maintenance roles
Knowledge of PV monitoring systems and performance data analysis
    HV/LV authorisations
First Aid and IPAF certifications (training can be provided)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing renewable energy specialist with a strong track record of commercial solar O&M. You'll benefit from a supportive team, ongoing training, and a field-based role offering variety and responsibility.
