Solar Installer Entry Level / Trainee Labourer Industry: Renewable Energy Contract Type: Permanent, Nationwide About the Role Morson Edge is looking for motivated individuals to join a leading UK commercial and industrial rooftop solar provider. This permanent role offers a Monday to Thursday working week with regular nationwide travel and overnight stays, typically four nights per week. While previous solar or electrical experience is preferred, it s not essential if you re motivated to learn. The role provides full on-site training, structured support from experienced installers, and enrolment in the Elevate training programme. You ll gain hands-on experience in roof preparation, materials handling, DC cable installation, and maintaining a safe, organised workspace. Ideal candidates are located near Warrington or Manchester, with the flexibility to travel across the UK as required.
