Construction Manager, Renewable Projects
You will be employed by European Energy UK Limited, consisting of 30+ colleagues working principally from our office in Glasgow. You also be part of a much larger team; Our Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) division, which consists of approximately 100 colleagues located across numerous countries.
We are a committed and motivated team where knowledge sharing, trust, and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration. Our project pipeline in the UK & Ireland is in rapid growth, and you will be hands on in many technical, organisational, and commercial aspects.
As our new Construction Manager, you will be part of our project execution team, and your primary focus will be to support the construction of utility scale solar (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects in the UK, and in the medium term Ireland. In the longer term we also expect the delivery of onshore wind and Power to X projects to form part of the UK & Ireland portfolio.
Working within the structure of the European Energy Project Management Model (PMM) and Project Execution Model (PEM), you will be responsible and accountable for the EPC construction activities during the execution phase of our projects. This role will include working closely with appointed Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.

Location: The position requires circa 50% of time to be spent on construction sites, combined with the possibility of working from home, or from our office in Glasgow, UK
