Solar Installations Team Leader Location Warrington head office with nationwide projects Job Type Permanent Working Pattern 4 days per week Salary and Package Total compensation up to £45,000 Company van provided £30 per day food allowance, tax free £30 per night overnight allowance, tax free Regular nationwide travel with overnight stays, typically up to 4 nights per week About the Role Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial and industrial solar provider for an experienced Solar Installations Team Leader, Tier 3. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for delivering Solar PV installations across nationwide sites. You will lead installation teams, maintain high safety and quality standards, and act as the key point of contact on site. Key Responsibilities Lead Solar PV installation teams on commercial and industrial projects Deliver projects safely, on time and to required quality standards Ensure compliance with RAMS and site safety requirements Conduct toolbox talks and daily site briefings Liaise with clients and internal Operations teams Manage quality checks, snagging and final sign off Complete site reports and project documentation Requirements Proven experience delivering Solar PV installations Experience leading installation teams Ability to install independently Full UK driving licence Comfortable working at height Flexible to work nationally with regular overnight stays Essential Certifications IPAF CSCS and Working at Height Manual Handling Asbestos Awareness Harness Training First Aid where required Why Apply Permanent role with long term stability 4 day working week Strong total package with tax free allowances Company van included Nationwide projects with a well established solar contractor
