Tender Manager (Solar Parks)
You will need to be based commutable to Utrecht
This will include some international travel (at least twice per month) and some working remotely/from home
€60,000 - €75,000 + Bonus (€5k - €6k) + Company Car + Pension Scheme + Company Benefits

On offer is an exciting and key role within the business where you will be Tendering for huge utility scale projects across an international territory.

Their highly skilled team designs, develops, and delivers state-of-the-art solar energy systems that power businesses across the Benelux, France, Germany, and Scandinavia, with headquarters in the Netherlands. They are driving the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future and are looking for a Tender Manager to add to the team.
This would suit someone with strong experience with project Tenders and its essential you have some experience within Solar or relevant Renewables utility scale projects.
The Role:
- Take the lead on full tender cycles for large-scale solar parks, handling everything from cost calculations and procurement prep to planning, client communication, and contract coordination.
- Shape strong technical and commercial proposals by working closely with engineering, procurement, legal, and other key stakeholders while building solid client relationships.
- Play an active role in improving how the company work, collaborating with a motivated commercial team to deliver winning bids and support international growth.
The Person:
- Must have proven Tender Management experience
- Must have relevant Solar industry knowledge - some utility scale renewables experience may be considered
- Must be able to speak Dutch and English, if you can speak any other languages too that would be an advantage though not essential
