Senior Procurement Manager- Infrastructure / Renewables

Our client, a rapidly expanding company in the procurement supply chain sector, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their newly restructured procurement function. This is a permanent role based in their London office operating on a hybrid model with three days in the office per week.

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end procurement service
• Review the supply chain, address single-source dependencies, and expand the supplier pool
• Drive value through Request for Proposals (RFPs) and competitive bidding processes
• Engage with senior stakeholders with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Select and implement new procurement systems as required
• Enhance structure and governance within the procurement function
• Work closely with office and site-based teams, showing flexibility and adaptability
• Support long-term frameworks with high-profile clients

• Extensive experience in strategic procurement leadership, ideally within the energy, EV or infrastructure sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
• Demonstrable resilience and ability to engage effectively with senior personnel
• Experience in using existing frameworks and processes, with the ability to establish a procurement function servicing all areas of the business
• Understanding of high-value CAPEX and OPEX categories
• Proficiency with procurement systems and/or processes
• Ideally CIPS qualified or equivalent with an understanding of NEC/JCT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with significant gravitas
