    We're on a mission to drive the renewable energy revolution across the globe and are hiring to grow our Solar or Air Source Heat Pump sales teams. We have established a strong UK energy market presence and award-winning customer service, and we're expanding into low carbon technologies such as Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps and EV Charging. Our leads come from engaged customers who expect our renowned 5 service, and you'll be part of a team helping customers adopt clean, green energy.

    We're looking for people who are passionate about Octopus Energy's mission and want to grow their careers with us. A proven track record of exceptional customer experience, excellent listening skills, confidence on the phone in a B2C capacity, and a drive to exceed KPIs are essential.

    What you'll do
    • Develop and establish your sales pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery and accomplish sales & orders in line with our KPIs
    • Explain the benefits of Low Carbon Technologies, Solar and Air Source Heat Pump systems and Octopus Energy as a provider - our Learning & Development Team will guide you through the 4-week induction
    • Provide exceptional customer service through the sales process and record customer feedback in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
    • Become an expert in finding customers their perfect solution to future proof their homes and drive energy independence
    • Be a real advocate for our technology and explain its value in a jargon-free environment
    What you'll need
    • A love of the buzz you get when exceeding targets and earning incentives and commissions
    • A solution-focused approach and positive outlook, especially when overcoming objections
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively
    • Enjoy dynamic, active office environments and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving business
    • A desire to work within sales and grow your career

    • Commission structure with £10k OTE per year (uncapped earnings)
