    • Oversee the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with its broader goals.

    • Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

    Profile

    A successful Interim Finance Director should:

    • Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
    • Have robust charity sector experience at Director level
    • Strong experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit sector.
    • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and reporting.
    • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Experience collaborating with senior leadership to drive organisational success.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities

    Job Offer
