Your role as Renewables Heating Manager will include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ASHP engineers Providing technical expertise and overseeing installations to ensure high standards Supporting engineers with complex servicing, breakdowns, and troubleshooting Managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered on time Driving continuous improvement, training, and knowledge sharing within the team
The successful Renewables Heating Manager will need: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (G3 Unvented certification essential) Proven leadership or supervisory experience within heating or renewables Strong technical knowledge of Air Source Heat Pump systems Gas Safe registration (desirable) Valid UK driving licence
