Solar Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale solar construction projects. The role requires a balance of site presence and project oversight, with a hands-on approach where required. You will manage subcontractors, direct labour teams, and suppliers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, renewable energy, or utility-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, contracts, and commercial frameworks (variations, EWNs, RFIs, payment applications).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Hands-on, site-first mentality with willingness to be actively involved in project delivery.
