The Role:
Managing the delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Overseeing renewable and energy-focused mechanical installations across a variety of buildings.
Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Managing H&S, programme, procurement, and quality assurance.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are met.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure commercial control and reporting is accurate.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally on public sector or energy-focused projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams across various sites.
Strong understanding of building services and project lifecycles.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
