    Your role:

    We are looking for a Graduate Environmental Advisor based in Reading to join our 2026 Graduate Programme.

    Alongside our ambitious Environmental team, you will work closely with our prestigious clients to develop innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions to meet their needs and contribute towards a greener future. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects, providing ample scope for career progression in the industry.

    As a Graduate Environmental Advisor, you will collaborate with senior team members and clients in the regulated water and energy sectors. Your responsibilities will include conducting environmental impact assessments (EIAs), environmental management studies and audits, and preparing environmental planning reports. You will also play a key role in managing environmental and sustainability issues across various projects.

    About you:

Along with your Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Science, or Environmental Planning (accredited by CIWEM, IEMA, or RTPI), and a keen interest in the water industry, we welcome your application if you are:
