We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment. Duties

Install solar panels and related equipment on rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation locations.
Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Perform electrical wiring and connections as required.
Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
Assist in troubleshooting issues with solar systems post-installation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all job sites.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in electrical work or a related field.
Mechanical knowledge, particularly in relation to installation processes.
Familiarity with different Solar inverters and panels
Ability to dig trenches for wiring or other installations as needed.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about renewable energy solutions and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,409.00-£44,708.00 per year
