    Your role:

    We are looking for a Graduate Environmental Planner to be based in London or Reading and join our 2026 Graduate Programme.

    Joining Stantec as a graduate, you will work collaboratively with your team and wider cohort. You will gain expertise in environmental planning and sustainability, while developing awareness of our broader service offerings. Your contributions will include projects such as planning appraisals, pre-application management, environmental, social, and economic impact assessments, developing sustainability strategies and reports, promoting development proposals, and assisting project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will also engage in research, site appraisals, preparing planning documents, application submissions, negotiations, policy representations, planning appeal assistance, and building your professional network both internally and externally.
