Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors to join a large-scale solar farm project in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals with experience in solar installations, site supervision, and HSE compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical or electrical installation teams on-site
Oversee mounting structures, cable trays, inverters, and/or PV module installation
Monitor project progress and report to site management
Ensure all works are completed in line with safety standards, technical specs, and deadlines
Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and QA/QC personnel
Maintain accurate documentation and daily site logs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor on solar or large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and HSE protocols
CSCS, ECS, SSSTS or similar certification (mandatory)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Availability to start immediately
