This Renewable Energy company designs, builds, and operates Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Wind Turbine renewable energy systems throughout the United Kingdom.

Founded in 2010 s, their industry-leading in-house team of engineers, planners and project managers provide a complete 360-degree service, incorporating every aspect of the project development process and ensuring they are always one step ahead.

They are looking for a motivated and organised Electrical Engineer/ Technician to join their existing team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on all asset managed renewable energy sites.
• Reviewing and monitoring all asset managed renewable energy sites on a rota basis, including weekend cover.
• Identifying, recording, and responding to faults, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Management and completion of Low Voltage electrical design and installation.
• Completing analysis of site performance to make improvements to ongoing operation.
• Completing reports.

Essential Requirements:

• City and Guilds 2365-02/03, equivalent or higher.
• City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
• BSth Edition.
• Methodical, accurate and process focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Computer Literacy.
• Driving License.
• Flexibility for working throughout the UK, including evenings and weekend.
• Minimum 3-5 years working within the industry.

Desired Skills:

• Experience of working in the PV installation and maintenance.
• CAD experience.
• Experience in communications set-up and configuration.
• Experience in High Voltage design, installation and maintenance.

You must live and work in Cornwall, commutable of Newquay.
