Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy
Salary: 42,500 + 16,000 OTE + Car Allowance
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in North Leicestershire)

We're working with an established organisation in the renewable energy sector, looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help grow their presence across the UK. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious, future-focused business with a strong reputation in the industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Building, managing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and creating strategies to expand market share.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Attending industry events, networking, and representing the company professionally.
• Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales role (ideally in B2B environments).
• Experience within the renewable energy or new-build sector would be highly advantageous.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for renewable energy and the drive to make a positive impact.

What's on offer:

• Base salary: 42,500
• On-target earnings: Up to 16,000
• Car allowance
