An exciting opportunity for a Solar O&M Coordinator to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking renewables company. This is a great role for someone with strong organisational skills and technical awareness looking to step into a pivotal coordination position within a high-growth sector whilst looking to come off the tools.

The Solar O&M Coordinator will play a central role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across some of the UK's most exciting Solar projects, helping the engineering teams operate efficiently and safely. With the huge growth plans, there's significant room for progression, including senior operations roles.

Your role as a Solar O&M Coordinator:

• Coordinating O&M activities for solar projects
• Managing PPM schedules, site access, permits and engineer deployment
  
  
• Monitoring systems and flagging issues or faults to the right teams
  
  

The successful Solar O&M Coordinator will:

• Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination or operations (ideally in renewables, construction, or FM)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Technical O&M experience
